This policy applies to all information we collect through our Services, even if you have not signed up for a Company account or downloaded one of our applications. Information You Provide

We collect information you provide, such as when you sign up for a Services, when you provide information as part of our identity verification process, in the course of a transaction, or when you request a digital receipt. We collect device-specific information when you access our Services, including your hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and information about the device's interaction with our Services. We may also identify other software running on the device (but will not collect any content from such software) for anti-fraud and malware-prevention purposes.


• Usage Information. We may collect information about how you use our Services, including your access times, browser types and language, and Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses.


• Information Collected by Cookies and Web Beacons. We use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We hold personal information at our own premises and with the assistance of our service providers.

Merger, Sale, Change of Control or Bankruptcy

• In the event that the Company is acquired by, or merged with a third party, or undergoes a change of control, the Company reserve the right to transfer or assign the Personal Information it had collected or received to the transferee or assignee, and such information will become subject to the privacy policy of the transferee or assignee. Should such a sale or transfer occur, the Company will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee or assignee to use the Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy.


• In the event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership or other similar occurrence, the Company may not be able to control how the Personal Information held by us is treated, transferred, or used.
